What is HollywoodJokes?
HollywoodJokes is a way of creating short, creative, funny, informative or interesting stuff like captions, animations, comics, slideshow, stories or small movies.
What can be done using HollywoodJokes?
With HollywoodJokes you can do endless number of cool things limited only by your imagination. For starter you could do :
- Create a small comic strip using actors and caption.
- Create a short movie clip featuring celebrities, your friends or even you.
- Create a slideshow of funny pictures.
- Create your own fictional story.
- Put captions on your latest trip to Hawaii and show to friends
- Share your talent for creating jokes with friends.
- Show your knowledge about Hollywood, celebrities or interesting trivia about people and places.
plus you can do 1000s of more things limited only by your imagination.
What are the basic concepts of HollywoodJokes?
HollywoodJokes is very simple to understand and work with. The HollywoodJokes tab is your main work area. HollywoodJokes also consists of the following 3 tabs :
- Actors : Images or photos to be used as actors. You can select from the actors tab or search or add your own.
- Background : A single Background image for your HollywoodJokes.
- Captions: Your actors can speak through captions. Captions can also be used to label a scene or as commentary e.g your travel photos or place description.
For all Actors and captions you need to give the START and END in the two text boxes when you move your mouse or click edit respectively. For captions you can specify the caption text in the edit box.
How to create HollywoodJokes?
General steps for creating a HollywoodJoke :
- Register and then Login.
- Click on Create HJ link or button.
- Click on Background tab and select (by clicking on image) a background or click on ‘Search for others’ to search for more backgrounds or upload your own background.
- Click on Actors tab and select (by clicking on image) an actor or click on ‘Search for others’ to search for more actors or upload your own actors.
- Click on Captions tab and select (by clicking on image) a caption or click on ‘Search for others’ to search for more captions or upload your own captions.
- Now, in the HollywoodJokes tab move your mouse pointer over any actor and in the text boxes that appear over/near the actor type the START and END time in secs for the entry and exit time of the actor e.g. Harry Potter could enter in 5 secs and exit at 15 secs so type in the text boxes 5 and 15.
- In the HollywoodJokes tab move your mouse pointer over any caption and click on Edit and in the 2 small text boxes that appear at the top the caption type the START and END time in secs for the entry and exit time of the caption. In the big text box below ‘Edit the caption’, type your caption text and click on Apply button.
- You can delete any actor or caption that don’t want in the HollywoodJokes Tab by moving your mouse pointer over them and clicking on X link.
